Those few words carry real meaning. Light and moisture are the two things most likely to degrade a film-coated tablet before its printed expiry. Heat accelerates the process. A tablet that has absorbed moisture may look slightly discoloured, feel soft or sticky, or crumble at the edges.

So the goal at home is simple: a cool, dry, dark place that a child cannot reach.

Good spots and poor spots differ more than people expect in Indian homes.

Rosomni-10 does not need refrigeration. Putting tablets in the fridge can actually introduce condensation each time the strip is taken out into warm room air.

During the monsoon, indoor humidity in much of India stays high for weeks. Blister foil is designed for exactly this, which is why the single most useful habit is to leave each tablet sealed in its blister until you are ready to swallow it.
