Toromni Plus LS 10/25 by EMK Omni Pharma is a prescription medicine containing Torsemide IP 10 mg and Spironolactone IP 25 mg in a fixed-dose film-coated tablet. Torsemide is a loop diuretic that helps the kidneys remove excess salt and water from the body, while Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic that reduces fluid retention and helps balance potassium levels. The "LS" (lower strength) variant pairs the same torsemide dose with half the spironolactone found in Toromni Plus 10/50, giving physicians a gentler option for maintenance therapy.
