What Are the Common Side Effects of Toromni Plus LS 10/25?
Most people notice the effects that come directly from passing more urine:

- tiredness in the first week
- mild headache
- nausea, loose motions or stomach discomfort

Why Potassium Can Move in Both Directions
This combination is unusual because its two ingredients pull potassium in opposite directions. Torsemide increases potassium loss in the urine, and spironolactone reduces it.
In many people the two effects roughly balance, which is exactly why the combination exists. In others, one side wins. Kidney impairment, a low fluid intake, other medicines that raise potassium, or an episode of vomiting and diarrhoea can tip the balance quickly.
