Gluomni M1 Uses: What Metformin SR and Glimepiride Treat

Gluomni M1 is prescribed for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It brings two different glucose lowering actions into a single tablet: sustained release Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg and Glimepiride 1 mg.

In everyday practice a doctor may introduce this combination when diet, exercise and Metformin alone have not brought fasting and post meal readings to the level being aimed for.
